What do you need for peace in this new unique month after January 2022 ended?
The world spins, mother nature takes control; time flies, and we are changing e v e r y s i n g l e s e c o n d. Yes, that's the reality to accept. We do change every single second, even if you want or not. This change is unstoppable. Not only you but no one can stop the change simply because change is life itself.
It is your choice to approach these changes with an understanding. Alternatively, you can choose to not to accept and fight with your constant unstoppable unique change.
Ask yourself, how do you welcome change?
What do you do to be in part of your constant change?

We asked these questions to The Gift by Ayça. We stepped back and looked at our brand journey. We asked several questions to realise what we needed to do and took the necessary actions accordingly, and will do so.
All we want is to touch souls somehow and make people smile.
We take February 2022 as a new year of The Gift by Ayça and set our daily and monthly intentions. By taking the new month as an opportunity, you intend to make small changes just like we do... What would you choose? Which decision do you need to take to make you more Y O U? Which steps will help you to keep you more motivated? If you can not decide, here are some recommendations from us to you:
1. Focusing on a passion: Anything. Any subject you are passionate about.
2. Exercise more often: Gift 10 minutes to your body; you will organically feel happy. Thanks to your hormones.
3. Drink more water: We are sure you heard it million times. Guess why? Exactly. It is really healthy for you. Minimum 2L of water is the cure.
4. Complimenting someone every day: We are each other's reflection. Imagine walking on the street, and someone kindly compliments something about you? Make someone have that feeling. If you don't prefer to interact with anyone you don't know, how about your family, friends, colleagues? Do it. Compliment them. See the magic.
5. Meditate for 5 minutes a day: Meditation is not only about closing your eyes and travelling to peaceful silent gardens. It is all about being able to stop. Manage to stop somehow, even for a minute. Stop your thoughts and be in silence.
6. Do random favours: Life is short; giving is better than receiving. Taste this feeling. Give something to someone. Cover someone's need if you can. Taste the feeling of 'better together.' Make someone taste the feeling of being 'better together.'
7. Write something you're grateful for every night: Imagine if you write something you are grateful about every night in February. You will create your own February 2022 grateful notes.
8. Learn something new: Practice on learning something. Take this new month as a new page to learn something you wanted to know. You have 28 days starting from now.
